Field Biologist

Requirements:

Male/Female, single
Fresh graduate of Bachelor Degree from State Owned Universities (PTN)
Preferably from Plant protection (HPT) / Agronomy / Biology (minimum GPA 3.00)
Max. 26 years old
having experienced with in Pest Identification is a plus
Advanced in Ms Office, have a computer literate
Proficient in English both oral & written
Possess driving license (A.C)
Good communication skill with any level
Highly initiative, dynamic, good analytical skill, honest, able to work under pressure condition, pleasant personality, quick learner, show leadership, capability, adaptable, high flexibility.
Highly developed presentation skill
Willing to travel & working in the field
Ready to be stationed at all branches (across the country)
Responsibilities

Fully understand for Service Operation i.e. technician, supervisor and admin activity;
Clearly understand about Standard Operational Procedure, Pink Note, Standard Forms, and other regulations;
Know and understand about pest identification, especially for uncommon pest;
Know and understand about life cycle, classification, morphology, habitat of uncommon pest;
Assist and Conduct BPCT, APCT, and Pest Management Training to improve standard of quality;
Responsible to provide complete report especially for industrial clients;
Doing service treatment based on Rentokil standard;
Quality control/Inspection in the field to all PMP’s Customer as scheduled based on agreement between customer and Branch.

Responsibilities:

Selling the Company’s Bioscience products.
Winning new accounts and maximizing the sales value and profitability from existing customers.
Generating appointments, visiting key customers and following up actions from customer visits.
Preparing quotations for customers and timely follow up of quotations.
Arranging samples and obtaining feedback on sample performance.
Maintenance of CRM database.
Maintaining literature stocks for customer visits & exhibitopns.
Providing regular market intelligence on competition activity & bioscience customers.
Feedback into local marketing activities & promotions.


Requirements:

Max. Age 30 years, Life Science background, notably Molecular Biology, Protein Expression, Cell Biology or Immunology.
Preferably qualified to PhD level or at least bachelor degree from a reputable university.
At least 3 years laboratory-based research experience (especially Molecular Biology Lab) is highly desirable.
Previous sales experience (Molecular Biology Products) would be advantageous but not essential.
Commercially orientated with strong communication and influencing skills.
Self-motivated with excellent organization skills.
A pro-active team player with the determination to succeed in a field sales role and to deliver in a highly competitive market place.
Based on territory, successful applicant should have a good knowledge of the region and of the life science industry.
Willing to upcountry all around Indonesia.
Fluent in local language and English.
