Operations Manager
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:

Key position reporting to General Manager - Operations
Implement plans in fabrication facility and associated machine shop
Assist in developing specifications for machines, tooling, material handling & other processes
Oversee & ensure the projects execution and delivery of products
Implement & execute the manpower resources plan
Oversee operations & maintenance of the facility
Provide leadership & direction to shop supervisors
To work with outside vendors & sourcing of services within Singapore
Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering
Good understanding of costing to lead the projects
Minimum 5 years of experience as operations in-charge of state-of-the-art fabrication facility
Good knowledge of welding processes
Highly resourceful & capable to run the facility independently
Possess strong leadership, analytical, interpersonal & communication skills
Should be able to work under tight time schedules & have result oriented outlook
Candidate must be pro-active & a strategic thinker
Must have high level of integrity & drive

MINING OPERATIONAL MANAGER
Job Descriptions :

* As Professional mining engineering, Provide all operational plans, and coordinate activities with an emphasis on long term planning and strategic option evaluation and analysis.

Requirements:

* Male / Female with maximum age of 45
* Degree qualified in Mine Engineering or related discipline
* Above 5 years experiences in a mining environment, with a detail knowledge of mining and project environments.
* High level of computer literacy, including knowledge of mine planning software/systems.
* Honest, detail oriented, highly motivated, and able to work in a team
* Willing to work at mine site ( East Kalimantan).
* Willing to work together with major contractor in achieving an excellent result.
* Significant and proven open cut mining experiences, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
* Experience in the mining industry
* Driven to achieve the highest Integrity, Health, Safety.
* Proven experience in mine planning would be desirable skill with the support of operational background.

LEGAL OFFICER
Description :

* Establish and implement of legal strategy, plans and programs consistent with business objective and goals.
* To assist Legal & Law Manager in managing overall Legal activities, including coal Legal dispute, shipping, export import legalicy and mining legal operation.
* To assist Legal & Law Manager in making coal legal channels with local coal mine producers, shipping agents and buyers, including prospecting, dealing, negotiating contracts, establishing pricing, shipping realization and commercial politics to achieve profitability business
* Interacts with external and internal dispute on all levels to strengthen profitable relationships.
* Effectively cooperate and communicate with superiors (Management level) and Legal team, especially related with crucial information.
* Manages the process of innovative change effectively.
* Keeps track of lessons learned and shares with Legal team, mitigates team’s conflict and communication problems.

Requirements:

* Male / Female with range of age 30-40 years old
* Bachelor degree in Legal & Law from reputable university is preferred
* Minimum of 7 years Sr. Coal Legal experience and 5 years coal legal assistant experience in coal trading, mining and shipping industries
* Minimum of 5 years experience in legal strategic role and leading cross functional teams for coal trading, mining and/or shipping company a must
