3. Legal Supervisor (LS)

Tanggung Jawab Utama :
Memastikan kesesuaian dan kelengkapan dokumen-dokumen secara hukum terkait dengan melakukan review aspek legal pembiayaan dan mengusulkan upaya-upaya mitigasi resiko legal.

Kualifikasi :
  • Minimum S1 Jurusan Hukum dari Universitas terkemuka di Indonesia

Tanggung Jawab Utama :
Melakukan pengolahan data dan membuat laporan pembiayaan sesuai dengan standar /ketentuan yang berlaku; bertanggung jawab atas penyusunan laporan SID kepada BI dan betanggung jawab terhadap keamanan penyimpanan dokumen asli jaminan termasuk keluar/masuknya dokumen yang dimaksud.

Kualifikasi :
  • Minimum S1 dari berbagai jurusan, diutamakan dari Administrasi
  • Minimum IPK 3.00 skala 4
  • Usia maksimum 27 tahun

Tanggung Jawab Utama :

Kualifikasi :
  • Minimum S1 dari berbagai jurusan, diutamakan dari Tehnik Sipil & Arsitektur dari Universitas terkemuka di Indonesia

  • Memiliki pengalaman di bagian Appraisal bank atau diperusahaan jaminan min. 3 tahun

PERSYARATAN INFORMASI AWAL PENGADAAN CALON PNS
KEMENTERIAN PEKERJAAN UMUM 2010

INFORMASI LOWONGAN CPNS DEPARTEMEN KEMENTRIAN PEKERJAAN UMUM 2010CPNS PU 2010, Sambil menunggu penetapan Formasi tahun 2010 dari Kementerian Negara Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi, bagi yang berminat mengikuti seleksi pengadaan Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum Fomiasl 2010 dapat mempersiapkan diri melengkapi persyaratan sebagai berikut:

I. PERSYARATAN UMUM
  • Warga Negara lndonesia, sehat jasmani dan rohani.
  • Berkelakuan baik dan tidak pernah dihukum penjara atau kurungan berdasarkan putusan pengadilan yang memiliki kekuatan hukum tetap.
  • Tidak sedang terikat perjanjian / kontrak kerja dengan instansi pemerintah / swasta lain.
  • Tidak pernah diberhentikan dengan hormat tidak atas permintaan sendiri atau tidak dengan hormat sebagai CPNS / PNS / Anggota TNI / Polri, atau diberhentikan tidak dengan hormat sebagai pegawai swasta.
  • Tidak berkedudukan sebagai CPNS / PNS / Calon Anggota TNI / Polri serta Anggota TNI / Polri.
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh wilayah Republik Indonesia.
  • Minimal mengerti / mengetahui penggunaan dasar komputer (microsoft office) dan internet (browsing & surat elektronik)
  • Proses seleksi melalui sistim online di httg://www.pu.go.id
II. PERSYARATAN KHUSUS
  • Berijazah Pasca Sarjana (S2), Sarjana (S1) dan Diploma lll (D3) dari Pergunian Tinggi Negeri / Perguruan Tinggi Swasta yang telah mendapat akreditasi (minimal B) atau dari Perguruan Tinggi Luar Negeri yang telah mendapat pengesahan dari Kementerian Pendidikan Nasional, dengan persyaratan Indek Prestasi Komulatif (lPK): untuk D3 dan S1 minimal 2,75 (dua koma tujuh lima), dan S2 minimal 3,25 (tiga koma dua lima). Bagi pelamar berpendidikan S2 wajib melampirkan ijazah dan transkrip nilai jenjang S1.
  • Kualifikasi pendidikan sesuai dengan formasi yang ditetapkan oleh Menteri Negara Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi.
  • Menguasai bahasa Inggris dengan baik (lisan dan tulisan) yang dibuktikan dengan hasil test kemampuan bahasa inggris yang masih berlaku yang diterbitkan pada tanggal 1 Desember 2009 atau sesudahnya. Hasil Test yang diperbolehkan untuk dilampirkan adalah: EFT yang diterbitkan oleh Lembaga Bahasa dan Pendidikan Profesional (LBPP) LIA dengan nilai minimal: 400 untuk D3. 450 untuk S1 dan 475 untuk S2.
  • Bagi pelamar dengan kualifikasi pendidikan D3 diutamakan bagi yang memiliki sertifikat profesi yang menunjang kompetensi pendidikan dan diterbitkan oleh lembaga yang berwenang. (contoh untuk D3 Akuntansi telah memiliki sertifikat Brevet A atau Brevet B).
III. CATATAN:
  • Informasi ini merupakan informasi awal yang tidak mengikat dimaksudkan agar para calon pelamar dapat mempersiapkan kelengkapan persyaratan.
  • Periode pengadaan dan kualifikasi pendidikan akan ditentukan setelah mendapat persetujuan dari Kementerian Negara Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi.
  • Setiap calon pelamar agar memonitor infomasi pengadaan pegawai Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum tahun 2010 melalui website Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum pada alamat http://www.pu.go.id
  • Persyaratan selengkapnya akan ditetapkan pada saat Pengumuman Pengadaan Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum formasi 2010.
