SENIOR CAPTAIN- Assist Restaurant Manager in daily operations
- Service and develop relationships with existing and potential accounts
- Diploma in Hospitality/F&B/Business Administration with min 3 years experience in restaurant operations
CHEF DE PARTIE- Work closely with,and assist the sous chef in the preparation of all dishes
- Prepare mise-en-place ass assigned and maintain the standards of preset recipes,portion control and costing at all times
- GCE ‘O’ level with min 3 years experience in kitchen operations
