In 1993, Yayasan Sabah Shipping Sdn Bhd embarked on a vessel rationalisation programme whereby, it functionally diversified into the carriage of bulk liquid products i.e. palm oil, other oil products, petrochemical and also dry bulk cargoes. Currently, Yayasan Sabah Shipping Sdn Bhd has diversified into Off-shore Support Services industry and into other viable business activities related to maritime and logistics sector.
