SENIOR PROJECT MANAGERS
(Malaysia and Indonesia)
(Singapore)

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Regional Services Director, ASEAN, the primary role of the position is to manage the services engagements in either Malaysia or Indonesia (based on domicile), and potentially in other countries across the ASEAN and Asia Pacific region. Responsibilities include:

    * Managing projects of current and new Customers across multiple project phases
    * Providing leadership to the project team by defining project resources, performance reviews and pre and post implementation evaluations
    * Managing various aspects of the projects which may include research, analysis, documentation, design/development, testing, problem resolution, training, status reporting, implementation, and post-rollout review/audit
    * Developing project plan schedules and ensuring timely completion of projects, within budget
    * Managing potential delivery problems and working to mitigate any risks
    * Coordinating resources at local and global level and partnering with internal departments to deliver each phase of the project
    * Maintaining project documentation and ensuring appropriate progress and escalation communications occur
    * Ensuring company and industry project methodologies and processes are followed
    * Managing the Customer and internal project stakeholder relationships in order to ensure that all targets and requirements are met
    * Partnering with Customer users and technical staff to build strong cross-functional teams that can work through project challenges
    * Ensuring the project scope is clearly communicated to the Customer and any out of scope work is identified early and impacts assessed
    * Keeping appropriate people informed of project progress and disseminating information on any problems or potential delays in a timely manner

Requirements:

    * Bachelor's degree in information technology or a relevant business discipline
    * 10 - 15 years in project management with relevant industry experience that includes understanding of e-payment systems and related financial services technologies
    * Customer-orientated, resourceful, analytical, process-oriented and a team player
    * Good interpersonal and communication skills in English, both written and spoken
    * Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision, beyond the extended hours when necessary
