Manufacturing Development Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Job Scope :
Planning, controlling, implementing and reviewing projects that concerning with improving, developing and providing equipments and even the factory building concern with the production system to increase efficiency and effectiveness for the company base on the CPOB regulation
Job Responsibilities:
Helping to make a planning in scope of civil and mechanical/ electrical jobs needed either for improvement, equipment reparation/ existing building or new project
Coordinating with the user and section concern before the project running to decide the goal or even decide the acceptance criteria for developing project
Making the time schedule for the project and control the progress
Helping controlling the implementation of the project that doing by the internal team/ supplier/ external contractor and helping to solve the problems
Becoming the mediator/ facilitator within user and contractor
Together with the validation team doing IQ/ QQ/ PQ for new equipments
Reports to Manufacturing Development Manager
Requirements:

Qualification:
Male, age between 27-32 years old
Minimum 3 years working experience in same field from reputable Pharmaceutical / FB/ Cosmetics company.
Minimum Bachelor (S1)/ D3 Degree in engineering (mechanical/ electrical/ civil). (GPA Min. 3,00)
Self starter, good analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Result-oriented and able to deliver the expected results under pressure.
Having knowledge of Auto CAD program min. 2005 version
Fluent English both oral and written. Knowledge of Mandarin is a clear advantage
Having knowledge of update CPOB principal/ GMP
Computer literate (Word, Excel and Power Point) and technical drawing
