Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the team of Commercial Officers
Review contracts & technical specifications and propose quotations
Discuss commercial details and negotiate prices with vendors and subcontractors
Attend meeting with owner representatives, subcontractors and other departments to discuss owner’s requirements and update the budgets accordingly
Monitor project progress and control cost of projects in terms of man hours, materials and equipments
Prepare and submit variation order requests, change proposals, invoices and other documents
Prepare and present monthly progress reports
Continuously improving cost estimation, tracking and control procedure processes
Requirements:

Diploma in Marine, Mechanical, Naval Architecture or Offshore Engineering
5 - 10 years working experience in the Offshore and Marine Industry, with at least 2 years in a similar managerial role
