Responsibilities:

    * Provide customer support in daily operational and engineering issues.
    * Lead and meet yield or utilization improvement target through engineering projects
    * Handles new product startups, and production ramp support.
    * Analyze and dispose abnormal issues on the line (product, process, equipment)
    * Monitor product/equipment performance and address the issues when happened
    * Define flow, operation needs and training for smooth operation for the product
    * Deal with the Customer complaints and the corrective action follow up along with detailed analysis on the problem
    * Follow up with customers/ Vendors on the related problems and corrective actions
    * Install, set up and buy-off production equipment and maintain its performance to specifications.
    * Evaluate, qualify, maintain and calibrate equipment for operation to meet customer requirement.
    * Support production in meeting output and quality & reliability (Q&R) in resolving product/equipment issues.
    * Plan & execute enhancement activities to minimize test operation cost and improve equipment performance.
    * Participate in quality, productivity, yield and maintenance cost improvement programs.

Requirements:

    * Degree in Electronics & Electrical Engineering
    * Minimum 3 – 6 years’ experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment
    * Self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills
    * Good management, leadership and problem solving skills
    * Experience in setting up and maintaining both pick & place and gravity feed handlers (Example : SEIKO EPSON, HONTECH, DELTA, RASCO, MULTITEST) and Tester (Teradyne (Uflex Iflex, Tiger,J750), LTX, Agilent, Quartet) will be an added advantage

    * To generate production reports, update specifications and work procedures.
    * To achieve customer satisfaction through quality management and timely deliveries.
    * Knowledge of G-code Programming and CNC Turret punching operation

MECHANICAL / ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

    * To handle Mechanical / Electrical corrective and preventive maintenance
