Requirements:

Male, age 35 - 50 years old
A geologist with at least 10 years experience as senior geologist that include 5 years experience (coal / mineral)
Have been in charge of mineral and coal exploration
Have working knowledge of drilling machines both coring and non-coring
Have adequate knowledge in core logging and interpretations
Knowledge in resource and reserve calculation and evaluation
Knowledge in rock geology is a must.
Min 5 years of experience in a managerial position
Reporting & analysis exploration document
Excellent managerial and leadership skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive, hardworking, disciplined, results oriented
Will be offered attractive salary and benefit facilities

Responsibilities:

Role:
To develop and oversee a successful exploration program for the Contract of Work and the surrounding districts which results in the delivery of a Bankable Feasibility Study of base metal deposit and the rigorous evaluation of other mineral prospects and under-explored areas, to enable efficient and timely evaluation and ranking of the exploration potential of the entire Project.


Responsibilities:
To formulate on an annual basis exploration work programs for the Project in conjunction with the Director and to oversee the efficient implementation of the programs
To provide periodic exploration budgets and expenditure reports in a timely manner
To implement and control QA/QC procedures and reporting
To ensure that exploration activities are conducted in accordance with international performance standards in terms of environment, safety and health (ESH) and the social impact and employment conditions
To produce high quality quarterly reports and monthly in-house reports in a timely manner
Lead and monitor a team Geologists and Surveyors in daily tasks, such as mapping, surveying and drilling
Communicate with surveyor regarding topographic survey
Monitoring closely, participating in and having comprehensive knowledge of all geological activities and information in the area assigned with the attention to safety, efficiency and regulations
Compile, analyze, and synthesize data, databases, or inventories; accurately make geological interpretations and recommendations
Collect, examine and analyze environmental and geologic data from mining operations or proposed sites to determine appropriate mitigation measures to apply to the authorizations in order to mitigate environmental risks
Perform other related duties from Management as required
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of mineral exploration experiences
Extensive experience in mineral exploration and mining geology
A demonstrable understanding of QA/QC and ESH standards and procedures
Well developed interpersonal and communication skill, strong presentation and meeting management skill
Capability to understand a drilling process as a part of exploration activity
Excellent capability to analyze the exploration information
Responsible for a day to day exploration activities such as drilling, mapping etc
Following the project schedule with optimizing the drilling equipments effectively
Ensure to manage any problem that incurred during the exploration
Possess excellent computer skills (computer modeling, data analysis and integration, digital mapping, remote sensing, and geographic information systems)
Knowledgeable in HSE, Amdal, Reclamation, Rehabilitation and CSR
Ready to work in remote area
