Senior IT Engineer
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:
POSITION SUMMARY
The role of this job function covers a wide range of IT duties such as support to end user on notebook, desktop, printer issue as well as software applications. This person is also required to perform Helpdesk and end user support in both hardware and software.
Responsibilities include:
To provide support to end-user in troubleshooting and resolving of desktop PC and notebook problems (Hardware, software and application) and related peripherals ( Printer, scanner, Blackberry)
To perform installation, setup, configuration, upgrading and maintenance of desktop PC, OS, software and related peripherals
Requirements:
At least Degree from local recognized tertiary institutions in IT related fields
Minimum 3 -5 years relevant working experience is preferred
Concepts of basic LAN / WAN networking infrastructure
Knowledge on MS Office, Lotus Notes, Win XP and Win 2003 Server
Strong interpersonal and communications skills
Able to work independently as well as a team player
Proficiency in both English and Mandarin languages
Willing to work in a fast paced environment
Singaporean/SPR only
