Responsibilities:

Enable the business to achieve strategic and commercial goals consistent with applicable laws and regulations, by providing in-house legal, regulatory and governance advice
Identify and manage compliance risks of the business are appropriately identified and managed through regular tracking and reporting
Requirements:

Male/Female min. 27 years old and maximum 35 years old
Minimum S1 Degree from Law with minimum GPA 2.8
Have a knowledge about the Capital Market Regulation
Strong communication skill and interpersonal skill
Give independent and professional legal and compliance advice for capital market business
Review and / or draft all sorts of legal documentation
Liaise with and manage external legal advisors
Participate in investigation and litigation
