In the process of developing Commercial Buildings Facility an exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint Project Development Manager to manage all projects in the facility development.
Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our team. We wish to recruit an individual keen to further develop their career.
Responsible for General Construction Planning ( Schedule , Quality , Safety, Cost & Man Power )
Responsible for Construction Team ; Staff project, Worker , Sub contractor & Others
Responsible for Monitoring Budget Cost for Construction and Construction Schedule
Responsible for Control and monitoring all construction works
Responsible for Design Development , Shop Drawing Structure, Architecture, Interior & As Built
Supervising all preventive building maintenance, Work Order systems, Cost/POMEC, and Responsible all life safety system, and able to respond quickly to all emergency situation and perform tasks necessary for the well being and protection of the property.
Requirements:
Male / Female
Minimum Age 40 years old
Minimum education background S1 (Mechanical/ Electrical)
Able to operate computer ( MS Office ) and internet
Minimum 5 years experience as Project Manager
Excellence communication and interpersonal skill, Service Oriented.
English fluency written & oral
Leadership Skill
Good motivator
Experience in managing projects of Shopping Mall or Office Building
Competent in all building areas
