In the process of developing Commercial Buildings Facility an exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint Building Manager to handle day to day Operation in all areas of the facility.



Responsibilities:


We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our team. We wish to recruit an individual keen to further develop their career.
Handling day to day Mall Operation Management (Marketing/Leasing, Engineering, Tenant Relation, Food Court, Event Promotion/Marketing Communication, Housekeeping, Security, Parking, Safety, Finance / Accounting, HR/Training & General Affair)
Setting Up Team & Pre-operational of Shopping Mall (Construction until Operational Mall)
Setting up Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) Mall Operational
Handling to increase occupancy rate
Handing over units process to Tenant
Preparing Business Plan
Preparing Annual Budget Operation
Handling budgeting & cost controlling
Preparing Monthly or Yearly Action Plan & Targeting
Preparing & analyzing key performance indicator
Creating Strata Management Role & House Rules
Making good relationship with tenant, owners units, developer, business relation, government, media press & outsourcing company
Analyzing quality performance of mall operation based on key performance indicator
Analyzing Energy Management / Saving Energy Program
Requirements:

Male / Female
Minimum Age 40 years old
Minimum education background S1 (Mechanical/ Electrical)
Able to operate computer ( MS Office ) and internet
Minimum 3 years experience as Building Manager
Excellence communication and interpersonal skill, Service Oriented.
English fluency written & oral
Leadership Skill
Good motivator
Experience in maintenance of Shopping Mall or Office Building
Competent in building areas, such as:
Electrical System (MVMDP, LVMDP) and panel system,
Generating – set System (Mechanical and Electrical),
Building monitoring and automation system (BMS & BAS),
HVAC System (Chiller water cool and air cool system, AHU, FCU, Split AC, WCP, Ventilating System fresh & exhaust system, etc)
Sewage Treatment Plant(STP) & Water Treatment Plant System(WTP)
Master Aerial TV(MATV) and Close Circuit TV(CCTV)
PABX, Telephone and Sound System,
Hot Water & Steam Boiler System,
Plumbing and pump System,
