Responsibilities:
The Role
In this role, you will be charged first and foremost with driving sales nationally and eventually building and eventually developing a team of sales representatives. You will be charged with delivering superior results through your team and ensuring service levels are achieved and key organizational objectives are met. You will identify new business opportunities and ensuring independent sales associates are adequately equipped with the tools and knowledge to represent the organization while driving sales.
You have a proven quantifiable track record in a similar role where you have a reputation for achieving outstanding sales results as well as for your success in aggressively growing, managing and developing high performance sales teams – irrespective of industry.
You are an exceptional communicator and motivator and are able to raise your sales performance in the face of challenges - given your passion, dedication and can-do attitude.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
