Country Sales Manager for Wireless BroadbandROLES:
* Develop Key accounts opportunities and work with channel to fulfil
* Manage opportunities with channels.
* Develop profitable business by working with distributor team to support and execute sell-thru processes and key ground activities in the market
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Objective Setting
* Cascade clear objectives that are consistent with company goals for each distributor / dealer
* Develop distribution footprint – distributor account planning and new account development
* Achieve distribution and sales execution objectives
* Ensure clear communication and adherence of pricing and promotions
* Build relationships with dealers and key customers in the region
* Represent Motorola at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations
* Ensure full support, involvement, and implementation of key ground activities
Tracking Measures and Problem Solving
* Gathering market and customer information: sell-thru / sell-out reporting, inventory reporting
* Review progress versus objectives weekly and take corrective action as appropriate
* Lead problem solving for the customers
Coaching Activities
* Build capability of distributor team through coaching activities
* Conduct product training to distributor / dealer as required
* Model desired behavior by making demonstration calls

* Strong communication skill (in English, Chinese and Malay) supported by good analytical and robust presentation skills
Knowledge and Experience
* University graduate or above
* 10 years of experience in a similar role
* A demonstrated track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams
* Experienced in channel management
* Sales experience into Telco operators
