Senior Engineer, Product & Process

Responsibilities:



Responsible to improve and enhance product cost, service, quality and process safety, health, environmental impact.
Develops extensive knowledge of statistical techniques for monitoring and improving manufacturing processes.
Responsible for analyzing & troubleshooting defective products.
Develops & implements complete manufacturing plan for the introduction of assigned products.
Lead and support productivity and cost improvement efforts in cross functional team.
Support in the training and improvement of technical skills of production personnel.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Electrical/ Electronic, Industrial, Material Science, Mechanical) or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Product & process management experience in plastic extrusion/ forming industry.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in product manufacturing environment is required for this position.
Preferably good application skills in Microsoft Office, SPC, CAD and process simulation software, with in-depth knowledge in instrumentation, tooling and/ or machine design and development.
Posses strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities:


Evaluate, analyze, negotiate and close investment projects, including greenfields development and acquisition opportunities (leveraged buyouts, management buyouts, change of control opportunities)
Structure the investment process so that they address the most critical issues on each deal.
Lead financial and feasibility analyses for all phases of investment, financing and development activities.
Prepare written documents and make oral presentations of proposed transactions to the relevant parties internally and to outside parties (private equity investors, hedge funds, banks, investment banks and insurance companies)
Assist in managing existing partnerships and form new relationships to develop new potential investment opportunities.
Perform market, economic and demographic research to assist in evaluating markets for existing or potential investments that generate returns well in excess of the company’s cost of capital.
Assist the asset management team to formulate appropriate exit strategies for investments.
Assist and participate in negotiating favorable business terms and conditions for all investment projects.
Participates as a team member of the Capital Management Group which is responsible for all mergers and acquisitions of new investments, new business development and when necessary, continuous monitoring of investments.
Requirements:

Male, minimum 25 years old.
Minimum MBA degree (Overseas graduate are preferred)
At least 10 years experience in related areas of Corporate Finance for MNC / Marketable investment / bank / securities house.
Possesses strong analytical and negotiation skills
Good team player.
Good command of English, verbal and written.
Ability to operate Microsoft Excel.
Have a good contract with domestics commercial banks / international financial institution
Exposure to agribusiness, infrastructure, mining and natural, sustainable / renewable energy resources and biomass.
Experience in preparing and reviewing investment or transactions term sheets.
Strong communication and writing skills, able to work independently and capable of interfacing with the company’s CEO, senior management and senior advisors, various investment, legal, banking and development professionals at a higher level.
