Workshop Manager
QUALIFICATION:
- Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Management Engineering from a reputable university
- Highly analytical, good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with at least 5 years relevant operational experience in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledgeable in international quality standards and procedures and the latest technical developments
- Preferably with exposure to or understanding of the packaging industry
- Good command of English and computer literate
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Reporting directly to the President Director, the incumbent will be responsible for monitoring, evaluating and improving existing business processes focusing on technical matters
Workshop Manager
QUALIFICATION:
- Degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Metallurgical Engineering from a reputable university
- Mature, highly analytical, good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with at least 5 years relevant operational experience in a manufacturing or workshop environment
- Knowledgeable with international quality standards and procedures including ISO
- Preferably with exposure to or understanding of the printing & packaging industry
- Good command of English and computer literate
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Reporting directly to the President Director, the candidate will be responsible for:
- Development, implementation, and monitoring of workshop work programs and targets (deadlines, output, quality) to support production targets and to improve machine productivity
- Direct supervision of the Workshop Department including but not limited to:
- Supervision of daily activities
- Improving work flow and efficiency in the department
- Motivating subordinates, communicating and implementing policies
- Coordination with relevant departments and providing support where needed
- Advise the President Director on all workshop related matters and give comprehensive recommendations for improvement and development
HRD Manager
QUALIFICATION:
- University degree from a reputable institution preferably majoring in Psychology or Law
- Good understanding of current labor laws and regulations and experience in liaisons with Dept. of Labor
- Mature, highly analytical, good communication, interpersonal and managerial skills
- At least 5 years relevant experience in HRD for an ISO certified manufacturing company with at least 400 personnel
- Good command of English and computer literate
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Reporting to the President Director, the candidate will have the following responsibilities :
- Lead, manage & direct the HR Department in line with corporate goals & strategy
- Develop and implement HR policies & procedures on recruitment, training & development, performance assessment, remuneration and all personnel related
- matters that will upgrade both new and existing human resources
- Improve existing HR policies & procedures to maximize efficiency & effectiveness
- Provide support to and coordinate with other departments
- Maintain liaison with relevant government agencies, labor union and corporate associations
- Keep abreast of current labor laws and industrial relation issues affecting corporate policies, goals & strategies
- Advise the President Director on all factors affecting HR matters and give comprehensive recommendations
