Job Scope:
HVAC Supervisor shall carry out the skilled installation, maintenance and repair of HVAC and Air Conditioning associated systems including not limited to its electrical line and connection

Role and Responsibility:

* The HVAC Supervisor shall be supervise all HV/AC technician team to perform HV/AC maintenance including not limited :
* Receive incoming work request and instruction from Project Manager obtains necessary tools and spare parts and and proceeds to the worksite to carry out the job
* Perform the skilled HVAC fault finding, diagnosis and defect repairs of HVAC and Air Conditioning and its associated wiring system
* Perform routine, predictive, corrective and preventive maintenance checks on HVAC and AC associated systems including but not limited to its electrical line and connection. Perform visual inspection, checking, measuring and detail recording. All maintenance shall follow requirements on Operating manual and maintenance from manufacturer
* Perform maintenance of HVAC system trouble shooting, check any faulty, understands principle of operation and maintenance of HVAC system
* Perform other HVAC and AC maintenance activities as assigned by Client

General Qualification:

* Experienced 5 (five) years including maintenance, installation, commissioning and maintenance of HVAC and AC system and associated controls preferable having experience in an oil/gas or petrochemical industry
* Minimum S1 Engineering/Diploma
* Capability to perform and solving problem against HVAC and AC malfunction and at least 5 years directly involve on hands in electrical field maintenance also familiar with scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities on electrical equipment.
* Having knowledge of English, Computer operation will be preferred
* At least 5 years experiences in maintenance of HVAC such as chillers systems and package unit AC or split units system with PLC. Sufficient experiences in maintenance of HVAC system such as Trane, York or Carrier
* Have capability to manage a group of technicians, good communication skill for both English and Indonesia, capable to make comprehensive reports and illustrate correctly and understand safe system of work in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical Industry
* Able to work independently as well as a team and High analytical skill
* Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
