PROJECT MANAGER
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:
Responsible for initiating, planning, coordinating and managing projects
Involved in all stages of projects from conceptualization, schematic design, detail design, tender documentation review to construction
Ensure the smooth progress and completion of projects within cost, time and the highest quality standards
Knowledgeable about authorities’ approvals and to work with consultants to secure all necessary planning and technical clearances
Lead, manage and coordinate closely with consultants, contractors and site team to deliver results
Requirements:
Degree in Architecture/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Civil/ Structural Engineering or Building Sciences with 10 years’ relevant experience in residential and commercial projects
Work experience in master planning of mixed-use projects, project planning, development management, feasibility studies and cost control
Good understanding of design, detailing, building regulations and the project implementation process is essential
Ability to understand from a commercial perspective would be an advantage
Possess excellent interpersonal skills & communication skills
Track record in assuming overall responsibility for several projects at a time
Experience in Luxurious property project is an advantage
