Technician / Product Support Manager

Responsibilities:
Coordinate in providing and ensuring the best quality product and service of digital printing machines to be salable to customers.
To ensure the ability or qualities necessary for customers' training of products packages based on targeted time.
Coordinate in providing solutions on digital printing machines to customers professionally and maintain customers' complaints.
Requirements:
Male/Female with PASSION with min. 28 years old
Minimum S1 in Engineering, Electrical/Electronic, Graphic Design, or the sort
Minimum 5 (five) years of relevant work experience, especially in digital printing solutions
Must have a creative flair for colors and layout
Creative with positive working attitude and integrity
Have a knowledge in printing process is a must
Good Communication skill, polite, Customer Service and Target Oriented and Good in complaint-handling.
Understand Internet (Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Skype, and the sort)
